C. V. Raman Polytechnic believes in three aspects of educational management viz., Planning, Execution and Evaluation (PEE). These are like a three arms of a triangle. Five aspects Planning, Organization, Direction, Coordination and Evaluation together (PODCE) constitute the entire gamut of education management.

The primary purpose of systems utilization in administration is for futuristic planning, finding effective solutions to problems, bringing about quality control, avoiding repetitions and omissions in management and preventing crisis operation.

The process of systems administration is centered on a basic philosophy of administration, leadership styles and techniques, and mission of the institution. The process emphasizes that the institution will accomplish organizational goals by utilizing basic planning assumptions, objectives and goals, implementation processes, evaluation feedback, and modification or revision processes when necessary.

The ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the institution is in compliance with the rules, laws, and regulations of the various agencies under discussion rests with the head of the institution.
